You can examine the color of your urine in addition to your general thirst. Urine should be a pale yellow color. Your body needs more water to expel undesirable chemicals if it is too dark. Also, dehydrating foods such as salt, soy sauce, packaged foods, and coffee bloat your stomach, resulting in no flat belly.

Your boss comes over and tells you that he needs you to start working on a huge project right away. What are your chances of being effective in this situation? Zero. So you decide to postpone it until Monday. Your body begins to wind down as you get ready for bed. If you eat too close to bedtime, you may wake up bloated.
You don’t want undigested food particles in your stomach when you go to bed, do you? 3–4 hours before bedtime, aim to finish your food. This ensures that your body has finished digesting and can focus on recovery while you sleep. You’ll feel light and energized when you wake up.
